SOME QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE…
Is prior experience or training necessary for an expedition?
It's not necessary. We have expeditions designed for all levels. You don't need to be in top shape, but you do need to be in good health and have a positive attitude. We always recommend a medical check-up beforehand and starting with an expedition that matches your level. We'll help you choose the right one.
How do I know if an expedition is right for me?
We'll guide you through the process before you decide. We'll inform you about the route, its difficulty, and the necessary equipment, and together we'll choose the option that best suits your needs.
Are the expeditions private or group trips?
Currently, all our outings are private. This means we organize the experience exclusively for you or your group. We will notify you in advance if we open group dates for you to join.
What does the rate include?
It includes a professional guide, meals, accommodation (hotel/refuge/tent), internal transfers, and all logistics. You can check the details on each experience's page or contact us if you have any questions.
What type of equipment do I need?
In general, all activities require clothing and footwear appropriate to the season, the activity and the environment, a backpack of adequate size to carry all personal equipment and the corresponding part of the collective equipment, sun protection, water, food, documentation and personal belongings.
During the booking process, we will advise you on the recommended equipment and send you a detailed list of clothing and materials you will need.
Why go on an expedition with a guide and not alone?
Because it's not just about accompanying you. It's about planning, ensuring your safety, adapting the pace, understanding the mountain, and transforming every step into a meaningful experience. The guide can also provide instruction and sports coaching. Depending on their specialization, they can lead activities in various disciplines (mountaineering, climbing, ski mountaineering, trekking, etc.).
What meals do they provide during their expeditions?
We provide meals on all our expeditions. Food is one of the most important aspects of any expedition or trip into nature, which is why we carefully prepare our menus, paying special attention to the nutritional requirements of mountaineering.
